Very slow and sent me checks but I had to mail then to my creditors I don't receive statement I just got in and pay but this company wants me to mail them why didn't they just mail them . I DON'T LIKE THIS COMPANY.
Handling a sell of a property for a client and they used this title company to handle their refinance. Well after title work was received, there are still 2 unreleased deeds of trust on title and now have to be taken care of because Transtar National Title did not make sure these were removed from title.
