Transtar sent the wrong torque converter to the repair shop that was rebuilding my transmission. When the shop realized it was wrong they called and the so called parts man said he would send out the correct part that day (Monday) we'll it wasn't sent. The result was my truck is still not fixed and as a result of that is a loss of a contract and thousands of dollars. I don't recommend this company to anyone. I give them zero stars.
