El personal tiene un muy mal.trato al publico en general ... hace unos dias estube estacionado a unos 100 metros de la oficina *( lugar publico en la calle *) y salio una señora a decirme q no podia estar ahi estacionado ... cuando no hay señal de prohibicion ni señal de alerta .. ..en fin .. nunca quisiera tener q tratar con personas asi si tubiera q contratar sus servicios ...

GREAT COMPANY, SAVED ME A TON OF $$$$$ I was cleaning a flower bed behind our house when I noticed a hole with water in it and saw a broken pipe at the bottom of the hole. Following it I realized it was the main pipe from my house to my my septic. It was in between my house wall and my propane tank which made it very difficult to get at it. Transstate has resolved pipe problems in two locations for me - Hickory, NC and Blowing Rock, NC.. They are very professional, easy to work with, and keep you constantly informed. It was especially helpful to have the videos of the pipe inspections before and after the repairs. I highly recommend them.
