DO NOT USE THEM!!! I’ve had to use their service as emergency only and the service is horrible. The vans are dirty, missing seatbelts, NO AC DURING THE SUMMER….they said if the van is full the AC won’t work?! WHAT?!! Oh! and if they feel like it they’ll make you get off and have you wait in the heat for another vehicle to show up and pick you up to take you to your final destination. They take ZERO responsibility. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. NOT SECURE!!!! NO LOS USEN!!! MAL SERVICIO!!! VANS COCHINAS Y SIN AIRE!!!
El peor lugar de transporte las benes no tienen refrigeración venía empapado en sudor y me estaba ahogando y demoran demasiado dejando gente hasta el centro de yuma se desvían mucho y todavía le suben el precio a los boletos primero hagan las cosas bien por favor
We took Transporte Xpress from Puerto Peñasco to Phoenix Airport on the 11:00 am shuttle and arrived around 5:00 pm. The drivers were polite and we never felt unsafe during the trip, which we truly appreciated. However, the vans seriously need improvement. They are old, very dirty, and the air conditioning doesn’t cool enough — which is a big issue on a long ride through the desert.
