Whoever was driving their vehicle on a weekend and swerving in and out even when there was an accident we were trying to all get around, should BE FIRED! They were a menace on the road and when I found out on the side of the van that they transport people and looked up that it’s for STUDENTS/ KIDS I had to say something. We used Essential Transportation Services for the 2024–2025 school year to transport my daughter from our Morrisville neighborhood to Triangle Math and Science Academy in Apex (location in 64). To start with the positive: our driver, Tanisha, was wonderful—kind, reliable, and genuinely cared about the kids. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing.
