Holly springs route for TMSA lacked communication on pickup and drop off times for the kids so much that we decided to drive our child the first two days. The following week we showed up to the stop and the bus never came. We had to call the drivers personal number to find out that they had quit. Hours later the route for Holly springs was cancelled instead of trying to find a solution. Have used his transportation for my daughter and it was very good. He was also able to accommodate the sudden change in the school timings due to power cut or other things.

Bus drivers always cut through our lot to get to the school. They will honk and drive recklessly around traffic to "stay together." Company doesn't follow standard practice of a bus charter -- email address is a Yahoo, no actual bus yard so I have no idea where they keep their buses and no dispatch. The number online is just the owner, Steven's cell phone and he never calls back. Probably not even a licensed company.

I should have read all the reviews before having my sister take this bus to school. Steve does not do his job properly! He never updates us when the bus is delayed, the bus had no AC for a long time, and so on. Whenever we try to contact him, he never responds. This is not how a business should be run. I do not recommend.
