Driver was thirty minutes late for pick up to the appointment and then after the appt they text and said they were outside. They were not. Called and I was told it would be 30+ minutes before they could get there. This is unacceptable for people who rely on these paid services. Very disappointed and saddened by the unreliable services that people who are in need desperately rely on.
A friend of mine applied and u guys said he wasn't a good candidate cause he has a speech problem that's discrimination in my book
