10/30/24 I walked in and asked to buy a ticket for the ONLY BUS that outside at the time. She looked at me and thought about it. I missed the bus. What a complete waste of a human being that's supposed to help people. Bad hire
Unsafe, unreliable, & unreachable. My wife waited 15 minutes for the 11:20 am bus to Hood River, before having to abandon the bus stop for fear for her own safety due to the nature of the other people hanging out in the area. As usual, no physical presence from anyone from the Link and no one was reachable on the phone. Also, as typical, no reason or published explanation for the delay/cancelation was ever put out. We've been attempting to take advantage of public transportation for the past year now, since the George Pass i... read more
