Horrible shipper! A bunch of lazy people are working here. They don’t care about driver’s time. The last two times in a row they wasted my entire shift here.
I don’t know if the manager or the CEO of this company ever check the review! This is by far the worst company operation I ever been to. First you guys need to check them drivers trailer if you going to reject them after long hours of waiting. How you gonna let the drivers wait more than 4-8 hours for a dock then tell them their trailer have a dust/dirty ? I had an appointment time 3:00 pm got here at 2:40 pm checked in at the computer wait for about 2 hours then went inside the office again to know what’s going on the guy inside has very bad attitude I think he is not happy with his life or with the job or something he said in very bad attitude you don’t have an appointment you have to wait I can’t tell you the time and then so many truck la came got loaded and left I am the last one when he start loading me he don’t have an excuse that’s why he start loading me only 1 person... read more
This place sucks i checked in at 13:00 it’s now 16:03 and still no dock,i’m still waiting to get a dock and more time to get loaded.
