I had an appointment time 3:00 pm got here at 2:40 pm checked in at the computer wait for about 2 hours then went inside the office again to know what’s going on the guy inside has very bad attitude I think he is not happy with his life or with the job or something he said in very bad attitude you don’t have an appointment you have to wait I can’t tell you the time and then so many truck la came got loaded and left I am the last one when he start loading me he don’t have an excuse that’s why he start loading me only 1 person... read more
This place sucks i checked in at 13:00 it’s now 16:03 and still no dock,i’m still waiting to get a dock and more time to get loaded.
Upon checking on other reviews, I cleaned the trailer again and double check to make sure there are no odor, holes and damages in the trailer. Unfortunately, our trailer still got rejected because they said our nose of trailer is not 101"
Don’t come before appointment!!!! Don’t come if your trailer isn’t super clean without holes and if you have anything that can be like that don’t come they will reject you! Not a bad place to get loaded. My appointment was at 1700 and I am almost done getting loaded.
