Booked a load with these guys for a tuesday pick. Got to shipper and found out i was a work in because original carrier did not pick up the night before. Checked in 10am checked out 515 pm. Hours were gone by that point. Delivery was next day 8pm. Dallas to chicago. Ran it right through next AM. Broker says detention was denied. . Of course customer wont pay since original carrier missed the pickup. Its in the brokers hand to take care of there drivers at this point if they are loyal and appreciate what drivers do.
