I purchased a pair of sneakers from this company connected to DH gates I ordered the product when it arrived the same day I contact the customer service asking to exchange or refund because the were to to big and I ordered a box to send them in and they came with out the box and the front is bending up they to me that’s what I order and no refund etc and won’t respond
