Whoever spoke to my wife over the phone at 9:00am the morning of Aug 13th needs to find another job. Sometimes it's quick and easy for her to renew her parking pass, sometimes I can't think of a moment where the attendant seemed truly qualified to work with people. I had to pay $20 for the parking permit that THEY lost. Their excuses are illogical and their communication style is rude and sarcastic.

One of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of talking to. I asked questions for my friend because he didn’t feel comfortable asking due to past experiences with this group of people (I don’t even go to school at Emory) and so every point I made got met with sarcasm, rudeness, and an inability to understand even the simplest of points I made.
