AWFUL SERVICE A lady who answered saying that her name is Marilyn in dispatch had a Really TERRIBLE Attitude and mean spirit when reaching out to staff about parking. Not only was my card overcharged, the staff mbr was RUDE And UNPROFESSIONAL. She decided to talk smart-mouth and be sarcastic, w/o being provoked, representing the company poorly.
You are just plain mean. I asked about handicap parking and all I got was j was suppose to touch a screen. Supposedly an attendant was on every floor. What a joke.
