Reason for 2 stars: as an employee with an ecological mindset, I've been trying now for two years to make the "green" commute with Marta bus #19 work and it's been very difficult. I'm not sure who's job is to make this work and it's sad... Whoever spoke to my wife over the phone at 9:00am the morning of Aug 13th needs to find another job. Sometimes it's quick and easy for her to renew her parking pass, sometimes I can't think of a moment where the attendant seemed truly qualified to work with people. Would love to know the reason my wife had to repeatedly use her legal/previous name when it was not on file, her preferred/current name was, and has always been. I had to pay $20 for the parking permit that THEY lost. Their excuses are illogical and their communication style is rude and sarcastic.
One of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of talking to. I asked questions for my friend because he didn’t feel comfortable asking due to past experiences with this group of people (I don’t even go to school at Emory) and so every point I made got met with sarcasm, rudeness, and an inability to understand even the simplest of points I made.
