You are just plain mean. I asked about handicap parking and all I got was j was suppose to touch a screen. Supposedly an attendant was on every floor. What a joke.
These people are incompetent and it’s highly embarrassing that this is how they decide to contribute to the world. How about advocating for better parking on this damn campus? Wish I could rate 0 stars, I have never been on a campus with such a terrible set of workers for parking and transportation.
Genuinely what is wrong with the person on phone duty. If you dislike working a service job then don’t work one or pretend you do.
Reason for 2 stars: as an employee with an ecological mindset, I've been trying now for two years to make the "green" commute with Marta bus #19 work and it's been very difficult. I'm not sure who's job is to make this work and it's sad... Buses are mostly not on time and, to make matters really worse, most of the bus stops on Clairmont Road for this bus have no cover for the blazing sun or the heavy rain (e.g., Clairmont Road on the other side of the Clairmont campus, which is the bus you need to take to go towards Chamblee... read more
