One of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of talking to. I asked questions for my friend because he didn’t feel comfortable asking due to past experiences with this group of people (I don’t even go to school at Emory) and so every point I made got met with sarcasm, rudeness, and an inability to understand even the simplest of points I made. The shuttle has passed my wife at the stop 2 days in a row. Unacceptable

The posted commuter schedule is incorrect. Called and spoke to Pamela who said it's no one's job to update the information on the website. I (the commuter) would have to let them know. Beware!!! Using the schedules on this site will have you late to work. There is no one to speak to, according to Pamela they all work remote. It is truly inconsiderate that I can not trust the information posted for proper trip planning on the TRANSPORTATION website.
