The TAPS manager Adam, was very kind to fix my mistake when choosing parking coverage for the year. Excellent service.
I genuinely struggle to understand why I pay for a parking permit when there are consistently no available spaces in the designated areas. Given the resources allocated to Transportation and Parking, I hope the university will prioritize expanding parking capacity and building additional parking facilities. It is difficult to justify paying for a permit when finding an actual parking space remains such a persistent issue.
Very courteous staff.
Awful. No signs for where the parking was. Could not Google it waves, it wouldn't find the lots, only the garages. Paid in advance. Drive strong no parking attendant knew where anything was. Finally paid again at a garage. Then $70 to take a bike shuttle one way not even to door. Aggregating
