I am writing this for not from my experience from taps but having to live in a world where my girlfriend complains about you people everyday and for that I blame yall. She is even a grad student now with green level parking and it hasn't gotten any better. I am giving 2 stars because the staff at the front is nice :)
Will not let you buy a parking pass for a guest without them being present even if you have all of their information which makes absolutely no sense. They purposefully make life harder for people with no reasoning behind it.
Worst managed department of UF and maybe of all Florida universities. Absolutely money hungry and leave no room for exceptions or warnings.
Most horrible parking system and service I have every had the pain of going through. There's no where to park, too many unused orange parking spaces, and I was even given a parking ticket passed the weekly parking days. I hope people see this message so they know just how BS TAPS is.
