Company blames instructors and the paying customers. Trucks trailers are outdated and most of time won't run. Every trailer I checked were 2023, EXPIRED. Lights on dash or not working. Fifth wheel welded and tires bald. Takes a week to be approved to fix something. In 4 months I've seen 4 instructors quit, come back and quit again. Out of 10 road test, 1 might pass. The Drive Test and TTCC are fighting legal battles. That means YOU are burning at your cost. Try Ontario Truck
Got My DZ here Mike was My instructor everything went smoothly and professional yes it was short course but Mike was able to cover every thing and explain every single detail, i would for sure recommend this location to friends and family who is interested in upgrading their license.
For my personal experience at Windsor TTCC I had a great time, I'd like to thank all my trainers Mike, Jay, Jeff, Bruce and Derek. They clearly know theyre stuff, ask questions, show up for observations as many as you can ( gives you a better chance of passing your roadtest first time ) and connect with your fellow students ( they might link you with a job if your lucky ). I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience with TTCC. From the start, communication was vague and disorganized. When an issue came up with my road test, (caused by DriveTest not me) there was no effort on their part to help or advocate. Instead, I was met with a rude and condescending tone, and the blame was immediately placed on me without any consideration for the facts.
