AZ instructors were all great, I passed my road test on first attempt thanks to JD, Dan, and Dave. Kevin, the Heavy Equipment instructor, was also great. He's a very skilled operator and always provided more explanation or demonstration if asked. The management and coordination at the Ottawa Campus was atrociously bad. The coordinator is completely incompetent and refuses to accept any accountability for not doing their job. Their preferred method of solving problems is to ignore them. Terrible customer service. Waited for almost 3 months to take my second road test. Called multiple times and kept being told my road test would be within the month. After deciding to try another company they almost didn’t even give me a refund on my truck rental I never received. The classes I took did not prepare me for the test as well I they should have. Formal Consumer Complaint – DZ License Training Services I am filing this complaint regarding the unprofessional, negligent, and misleading conduct of this company in connection with services I paid for to obtain my DZ license. Jakob was an amazing and knowledgeable instructor. Would definitely recommend getting a Z endorsement with this training center.
