Terrible experience with Kal Moad at Transport Solutions of America. My brand new Ford Maverick was delivered late, dirty, covered in mud, with three chips in the windshield and a dent on the hood. When I called to report it, Kal questioned my honesty instead of taking responsibility. His solution was for me to take time out of my day to get the windshield checked—completely unacceptable. Your company assisted with transportation to and from the Hyatt Regency/ Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center as well as to the Aldophus Hotel. Each and everyone of your staff were kind, polite and assisted all as they entered and exited the coach. I can only judge a trucking company by the comments of clients who are common to us both. In 4 of 5 years I have never heard a negative thing about TSOA. I often refer my client commercial drivers to them when they are searching for work.
TSOA delivered a vehicle to my address. Watson was very polite and thorough with walking me through all the details of the vehicle, going over the minor body scratches, lamp operation test and the recent maintenance. I would recommend this company for your vehicle transport needs.
Did a number of loads for this company they said they would pay me and in order to get payment at cost me 400 and some dollars Luke the manager said I will not be reimbursed. very sketchy they tell you one thing and do something else
