This guys is thieves, I came in for temp control download and they told its hour labour but of course its 25 min , they told me estimate for $204 plus tax I was ok with that but when they billed they total was almost $300 . I told explain what for they like technology fee plus they charge for email me report . I was pist of badly and I was about call cops on them . DO NOT COME HERE , THEY ARE THIEVES I WARNED YOU
Update: they still provide great service but after getting a quote of $800 for a full PM on a Tripac Evolution I decided to call other dealers. Joplin and Fort Smith both quoted no more than $500 for a full PM. There's no reason that an APU PM should cost more than a PM on the truck engine. I had an issue with my bunk heater and Tripac Evolution APU. I called that morning to see if they could fit my truck in, and they said sure. Be aware that they are really expensive. To swap an alternator they charged us 700$. Imagine if something more complex was needed to be done. Just be aware.
Was recently in this TK - they had the part - water pump - quick in & out - knowledgeable techs - Nice people - will be back.
