Quick service and polite staff.
I called a tech out to work on my reefer unit while i was being loaded at the shipper.. It was running but not cooling as fast as normal. They originally thought it was low on freon. The tech seemed kind of new and had to keep calling the lead tech. After a couple of hours he thought it needed to be diagnosed from inside so I asked the shipper to take the freight they had loaded so far back out of the trailer.
