Quick service and polite staff.
I called a tech out to work on my reefer unit while i was being loaded at the shipper.. It was running but not cooling as fast as normal. They originally thought it was low on freon. The tech seemed kind of new and had to keep calling the lead tech. After a couple of hours he thought it needed to be diagnosed from inside so I asked the shipper to take the freight they had loaded so far back out of the trailer. This guys is thieves, I came in for temp control download and they told its hour labour but of course its 25 min , they told me estimate for $204 plus tax I was ok with that but when they billed they total was almost $300 . I told explain what for they like technology fee plus they charge for email me report . I was pist of badly and I was about call cops on them . DO NOT COME HERE , THEY ARE THIEVES I WARNED YOU
