The auburn indiana location is a joke would not recommend working there
Giving these guys and Omar 5 stars because they helped save my load by having and replacing an alternator on a Carrier at 2000 on a Tuesday!! From the home office to the warehouse to the shop! Great communications and courteousy! Oh, and drivers, they own ALL of the Carrier and Thermoking shops in Wisconsin! They see a paying customer not a brand name!
Update: 2/25 This company is still refusing to make this right even though the sales rep Travis completely dropped the ball, he offered to requote for a new trailer which I am not paying another $37k for. We even contacted the president of the company, Doug with no response to resolve the matter that their company made the mistake on.
