Came in on a Thursday morning for a pm on APU and repair on bunk heater. There is a 3-step ladder counter to the APU. 4.5 hours later, I am told it is completed. I find out in the evening just how "completed" the job was. Heater still smokes like crazy when trying to start on first and second attempts. It starts on second try. Ladder "remounted" with sheet metal screws (4 screws). 1 not in at all, 1 broken, and 1 stripped out. Only 1 screws holding this 30 pound aluminum ladder to APU and a possible lawsuit. CRAPPY JOB!!! Cane in right before quitting time with a dead reefer battery. Load was warming up. From in and out and other performance checks 45 minutes. Saved my load. Would recommend

Ok this is ridiculous. I called to find out what it would cost to rerun battery lines. They say they will have someone call me back. Well that didn't happen. So I called back and finally someone called me back. He told be to bring it bye so he can see how much more cable they would need to do the job. I know this isn't something they do often.
