I have always found both Ebony and Maria very diligent and most helpful when setting up and rolling over our term deposits, thanks so much for the quick responses, actions when ever needed
Great company to deal with. Consultants have always been easy to speak to and happy to explain or assist with information. Recently had an issue with an account not being closed but supervisor immediately rectified it, nice to deal with a company that prioritise customer service. Will definitely work through TMCU in the future for any financial requirements.
I joined the credit union more than 50 years ago and can highly recommend it as being the best financial institution in Australia, if not the world.
