Since I didn't see any reviews for Flight Control Services (aka Transponder Repair) I was a little suspicious of sending in my old KT76A, but since it wasn't of any use without some help, it seemed like a reasonable risk for the $135 they wanted to test and align it. The transponder had failed its check as functional, but outside the 1090 +/-3MHZ tolerance.
