I have been very satisfied and grateful with my care from the Transplant team. I had a cancerous tumor removed from my bile duct, surgery was performed by Dr Kane. and assisted by Dr Jenkins and Dr Akoad. The surgery was complex and took over 8 hours. I had half my liver removed and a complex rerouting of my bile ducts, called Roux n y. I believe that Dr Kane saved my life.
