Ryan books a load then disappers second day sitting with his load and no one answers
Unfortunately the hidden extra fees, inconsistency with charges (as some invoices had lift gate charge and others did not), no upholding of a quote and overall experience has definitely left an unpleasant impression.
Never haul for Uber, they don't pay, you call day after day and they lie to you that the case will be escalated while doing absolutely nothing. They are the worst, shadiest broker I've ever pulled a load for and will never happen again. Have to file on their bond. UBER IS A DEAD BEAT BROKER, STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!
Just had a cancellation from this Broker, no apologies no sorry they miss post the load information on their board and can’t get loaded, nobody can help with it!
