We received our keys in April and are really happy with our home. This was our first build and it felt a little slow to get started, but this was partly because of our design decisions, building approval, and Transpire capacity. If you are considering buying their house and land package, do not choose to build with this company, they took almost a year to prepare for our construction approval. Their process is too slow and not ideal for owner occupants wanting to customise their home.
