Not paying their interpreters on time.
This place is OK. I've been there 3 times for translation studies. The vibe is kinda odd b/c the office space is mostly unoccupied except for a moderator who hosts during the study. The moderators have been pretty cool and upbeat. Studies are straightforward and take about an hour. If you enjoy conversation, this spot is an easy way to make a few dollars. I'd prefer if you didn't have to pay for parking in the garage.
