TransPecos bank converted and "updated" their online banking system on Oct 20 and since then, I have had nothing but problems. In preparation for the conversion the bank sent step-by step, printed instructions to facilitate the process, except that in some instances (mine included) the instructions were completely (and incomprehensibly) wrong, and resulted in an initial inability to access accounts.
