I have NO IDEA how they describe themselves as "leading" anything! The moment the VA changed vendors I've had nothing but the absolutely worse service. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone, and I WILL be reporting this extremely poor service to the VA.
This company cares about their customers and are very knowledgeable on what that customer needs. Even if it means saving your life. Yes, that happened. And I'm very thankful.

I am a disabled veteran also a custome of transox . Since my accident I have to be on 6 liters of liquid oxygen 24/7.
My husband and I just received our oxygen and Mark was our representative. I want to commend you and the people you hire! Mark was very professional and very pleasant. He had a great smile and he was encouraging us every step of the way since oxygen is new to us. He spoke clearly slowly and easy to understand and showed us through demonstration as to what we needed to do. I just wanted you to know that I appreciate companies who hire people like Mark!
