I take care a veteran who is on OXYGEN 24/7. He call Transox for tanks it took them a week to get to him with the tanks. Today he was to get tanks at 11am it is now 1:09ET. What is going on? I believe if this company was truly concerned about our veterans then they need to do a better job.

TransOx has been providing my oxygen needs since 2024. The technicians who come by to service mhy concentrator and to replenish my supplies have been very nice young men. They always make sure I have everything I need. I am treated with great respect.They’re very pleasant to talk with, and to take a few moments to chat about things we have in common.
I just at triple bypass surgery and needed oxygen at home. Nick Kirk came out to the hospital and delivered it oxygen so I could go home today. He showed me how to set it up. Show me how to use it. He was he was amazing. Then he came out to my house and carried up 11 bottles and 19 steps. he installed oxygen concentrator for me in my bedroom, set it up.
