Poor customer service. They gave me a serial number for replacement blades for a product they sell, only to tell me they don’t actually carry the blades. Instead, they suggested I ship them to a friend or family member in the U.S. who could then forward them to me — incredibly inconvenient. Not to mention, it’s completely tone-deaf to make that kind of suggestion in the middle of a trade war.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Unwilling to assist in identifying parts, not willing to help at all unless purchasing their wayyy overpriced products. These guys are scammers just out to make a buck off you, take your business anywhere but to this poor excuse for an establishment
Highly recommended - the owner of Transnorth(Neville Jackson) went above and beyond my customer service expectations in resolving a 'missing shipment' issue regarding an order from Lowe's. An absolute pleasure to deal with.
