Hard to get a hold of these guys. Very slow to respond and sent us a wrong part. Does anyone know where I could get replacement parts compatable with transnorm parts?
Who's brilliant idea was it to move mfg to Mexico? Parts are now on intergalactic back order.
Great place to work, we are not perfect, but we are doing the best to take care of our employees, we are going to keep continuous improvement in order to become better company and compensate our errors from past.
Management is horrible
Have caused nothing but issues. My husband got hurt here in July, told them. They sent him home, we went to the ER that night went back multiple times trying to start a workers comp claim. They gave him the run around. 2 months later SNAP says he stills works there, Texas workforce commission says that he quit the day before his injury, workers comp was told he quit 3 days after and never reported it (we have documentation that he did), insurance company says he was never terminated, sedgwick states that he wasn't injured at... read more
