I had a very important appointment that I waited 5 months for and they was supposed to be here at 11-1130am. I been sitting in the window since 1030am waiting plus I have cameras all over. I called when I noticed that they were 15 minutes late and they tell me they came already like I don’t have cameras and haven’t been sitting here for a long time. I’m so upset my blood pressure has gone up!
I am disabled and use Transnet 3 - 5 times per week to get to and from dialysis and appointments. They are the worst. On time performance is terrible and wait times for pickups are sometimes up to 2 hours. Totally unacceptable. They blame it on a lack of drivers. If you need drivers Hire Them! I've been using this company for 3+ years and they never improve. They have no regard for customers time or disabilities.

Very bad some drivers are rude my mom is always late for her dialysis treatment they claim they always call my mom to let her know they are there but they never call her and they don’t even wait 5 minutes and leave very disappointed
