I have bought and sold homes and land over the years, and this has to be the absolute worst title company I have ever encountered. I signed a contract to sell with 30 days close. I received an email from Transnation within a week of signing saying they were handling the title work. 30 days later, on the contracted closing date, I called my agent to see when the closing would occur. They contacted Transnation and waited... I finally called Transnation and they hadn't even started working on the file! I had to file 2 extension... read more
