Took a long time for them to answer the phone and speak with someone
Don’t go here they lost my moms blood work which is super unprofessional!! Not to mention the doctor dismissed my mom when she called her out on it . This is supposed to be a health care facility and they are doing the total opposite my god ! Shame on the doctor! Reading all the google reviews someone should definitely report this people this is crazy
I went two times and never saw the pcp. It's kind of a scam coming here; I had to wait two months to see a tech who told me I'm young and didn't go over any of my test results. Don't waste your money and time here.
Update: While their phone etiquette has gotten better over the last six months, the care has not. I asked for a referral at an appointment six weeks ago. I gave them a month and heard nothing, so I called only to be told the provider never created it. Zero rush on their end. They waited another 4 business days to initiate the process, then their system was down for a week and now I'm being treated like I'm impatient and unreasonable. DO NOT COME HERE, do not let what happened to my mother happen to your loved one. Dr. Mendez & Dr. Marin incorrectly diagnosed her with ONLY H. Pylori. They completely disregarded her complaints of pain, saying those were side effects of the infection. One month later she went back for a follow up, where they told her that her liver and kidneys were fine, despite the weakness and pain she was feeling. They told her to go home.
