Called 4 times with the phone ringing and no answer. Tried another shop that doesn't do transmission repairs, when I asked about you they laughed and said to go elsewhere.
My husband and I were traveling out of town, when our transmission went out on our 2017 ford Explorer. It was labor day weekend and almost all shops were closed. Transmissions plus was more than willing to help. Not only did they stay late on a holiday weekend, but they were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We are so grateful to have found this place to help.
I pulled my 4l60E and brought it in for a transmission pump replacement. The transmission was recently installed as a supposed remanufacture. However, the transmission pump went out right after previous companies warranty and would not honor the replacement. I brought in to this shop and had my transmission back pretty quick and has been working great for over a year now. Would recommend
