I have a 1997 Jaguar that is almost like family I have had it so long. When the transmission went out and the dealer quoted $7000 for a re-manufactured replacement, I thought it might be the end of the road. I have never done a review on the net but...this has to be shared. It is not like other car services as it is typically a one time thing, so who really knows? After extensive shopping by phone and internet we found most shops did not work on VWs or offered nothing besides expensive replacement of the entire unit. Jasper had nothing and the dealer was over $5000 for a reman unit. What?
