Worse experience ever , I brought my car up here 2x and it’s back messed up . Actually it’s worse then it was before I brought it to them and then they want to say no warranty but take everybody money knowing they don’t fix these cars. I’ve waited 3 months for my car to be back messed up in a week. Please please please save your money because this shop will play in your face and I’m so ready to file a lawsuit against them.
It will cost you more for sure in the long run. They guarantee 7 to 10 days, but it can easily turn into 6 weeks with no sensible explanation. There is no integrity, communication, or discretion at all. They are what Payless shoes was for the foot industry worthless. My experience with them was and is a disaster. Wonderful shop , they went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were met. Communication is top tier and the work is sufficient. They’ll always have a loyal customer in me. , this business has been helping our neighborhood for over 3 decades and I’m not sure about the bad reviews but this is a honest review.
Excellent service! My transmission was fixed in no time ! I was not without my car long at all! He identified the transmission problem right away! I even got a warranty on the part and labor in case anything went wrong. He usually gives a 6 month warranty but he gave me a 12 mont warranty! I recommend this place to anyone who has a transmission problem! They stand behind their work!
I give this shop a 5 stars, they don't try to take advantage of u like a lot of these shops do, when they see a woman coming in not knowing her car problem diagnose my problem didn't try to tell me extra stuff needed done to get more money so I recommend.
