We took our vehicle to Ted to get the transmission fixed. He talked us into getting a brand new expensive part. He put the part in but then we had more of the same issues. He mentioned in our multiple conversations that he put a USED part in after saying he was out to g in the new part we paid for him to put in. I have had repeated conversations with him about fixing it as it still doesn't work properly. He had it for 3 months supposedly fixing it. Great work and excellent customer service. The price amazing
Replaced my transmission and it’s still messed up. He had my car multiple times over 5 months and never fixed it. Just drove my car as his own. Had a bunch of car parts in it and put 4000 kms on it. Refuses to fix it now even though I gave him over 4 grand and there’s a warranty. Will be seeking legal action
