This place has had my vehicle for 2.5 months now and it’s sat in the gated yard the entire time.. I paid for a rebuilt transmission to find out that the problems was never fixed or replaced.. it leaked fluids and it never changed gears correctly. We’ve called countless times to get excuses every time.. today the person who answered was beyond rude and had horrible customer service!! very unprofessional and unreliable transmission place, avoid head aches its not worth it. I took my truck to get the transmission fix after 3 weeks they had it ready paid 1900.00 dollars, took it home 2 weeks later my transmission broke again, took it back to the mechanic, and they said they would fix it, cause its under warranty. this time it took them another 3 weeks to finish the job I picked it up 3 weeks later it broke again. Carl did my transmission work for half what I was quoted at Ammco. Work was timely and now my Explorer actually shifts smoother and drives better than when I bought it 40,000 miles ago. An AWESOME job. Honest and fair with quality work. What more could you want? I will never go anywhere else .
