They have no integrity. It was so disappointing because when we first brought the car down they were so nice and seemed to care. But we ended up towing our car in and towing our car out. When we talked to the owner about our grievance he promised to take care of us. When we went down to the shop to receive what he promised he went back on his word and ignored what he said he was going to do. I have taken my car there twice (for different problems) and always gotten superior service. We highly recommended Transmission Technologies. Our daughter also took her car in and they were super thorough, and didnt charge for unnecessary repairs, keeping cost to a minimum. I would take my car there for any transmission service and repair, or any diagnostic, for that matter.
