Ken did a transmission service on my partner's f56 mini. Very reasonably priced and also changed the engine oil with me supplying it. Absolutely fantastic place and lovely chap, cannot recommend enough. You may struggle to get through on the phone, it is only the 1 gentleman Ken working there. If he is behind or busy he will not answer, I strongly advise turning up in person to get booked in advance. I booked 2 weeks before and the job was done on the day it was booked in.

Honest men like Ken are very rare nowadays, unfortunately. He spent nearly an hour diagnosing my car and my friend's car, and then wouldn't take a penny for it. Not only that, after explaining to me what's wrong with my car and how to go about fixing the problem, he insisted that I could do the work myself.
