Ordered a couple of parts for a vehicle. Its been 3 weeks and the order still says processing. I have emailed them and called three times. No response, terrible customer service, and their voicemail inbox is full so I can't leave a message. I have since ordered the parts from another company but I don't know how I am going to cancel this order if I can't speak to anybody. I cannot recommend a company you cannot get in touch with.
Crazy to show up to a business @10 am on a Thursday and the door be locked and no one answer any phone lines. Beware who you spend your money with.
These guys made me a converter for my 4L80E. This was 8 years ago and thousands of miles. Never had an issue. Stalls at the right rpm and locks up great. Love it.
Ordered a converter and it was not the stall that I ordered. I have left several messages trying to get this issue resolved with no returned calls . I was really excited about the converter it’s super nice just not the right stall that I ordered not even close.
