Placed a 6K dollar order on Nov 26, was told it would ship out first of Dec, nothing, No communication at all. Called was given 3 different dates and never showed. Finally arrived on Jan 15. No torque convertor bolts(that were shown in ordering picture) Emailed to ask, no response. Called and asked was met with attitude. Would not do business again or recommend. Spend your money elsewhere.
I placed an order for a torque converter been almost 2 weeks it still says the order is being processed I can’t get a answer or a email back I spent almost 1600 dollars on a part I could’ve got with circle d for the same price and better service but I wanted to try something not a great experience so far probably going back with circle d on the next build
I have a converter made by TS and I wanted to get it restalled. I started a conversation with someone at the company never gave me their name or contact. They asked for a list of things so I can get it restalled. Once I gave them the list I didn’t receive a email back for a week. I reached out again asking for the shipping information. Ordered a couple of parts for a vehicle. Its been 3 weeks and the order still says processing. I have emailed them and called three times. No response, terrible customer service, and their voicemail inbox is full so I can't leave a message. I have since ordered the parts from another company but I don't know how I am going to cancel this order if I can't speak to anybody. I cannot recommend a company you cannot get in touch with.
Crazy to show up to a business @10 am on a Thursday and the door be locked and no one answer any phone lines. Beware who you spend your money with.
