One of a kind! I needed a diagnostic test for my clutch and transmission. From beginning to end, everyone was amazing! So kind, knowledgeable, patient, helpful and understanding. They were so quick once I got it to the shop. Kirsty called me the next day and gave me a detailed explanation of what they did, their recommendation, and the cost. Wonderful experience! I'm on a big cross country trip and recently had my transmission serviced a few hours away in Oregon. I noticed a drip last night from underneath and called these guys in the morning. They were able to get me in right away! Just a few loose bolts that they tightened up and they topped off my fluid. The receptionist was delightful and refused any payment! Hard to find a good mechanic experience these days but this one was 1000% stress free :)

I am writing this review as a warning to anyone considering Transmission Sales and Service. This company previously rebuilt my truck's transmission, which failed after only 18,000 miles. When we brought it back for inspection, we explicitly authorized only diagnostics, not repairs. After being promised a new quote, the company proceeded with an $8,000 rebuild without my authorization. When we called to cancel the work, we were told it was already done.
