If i could put a 0 i would. The owner does not respond to any calls or voicemails. I have been waiting for my gearbox for over 4 months now and they will not update me. The garage and mechanics are getting to a point where they need the car moved and it cant. Sean, this is beyond a joke now. I have raised a complaint with the motor ombudsmen as this has gone to far now.

Had my car in for a gearbox recondition and decided to replace clutch while car was apart. I got quoted a price so booked it in, however when I came to fitting he said there were different parts on my modle so would be an extra £500. It took about a month to complete the work just got excuse after excuse why it was taking so long.
