I have a Ford F150 that had terrible transmission problems so I left it there for about 3 days and the nice man fixed it up just right.Others have tried and just couldn't get it fixed but this place did. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone who wants it done right for a reasonable price.
Definitely a con. This place is not truthful when they mess up. Their warranties are not real and they WILL recharge you if the parts that they install fail. Further complaints will be filed with WRBC, the better business bureau, and the consumer protection agency. You cannot give a warranty and then recharge because their part failed. I could understand if I brought the part for them to install, but it’s their part and that makes them responsible. I took my car here last year to have a used transmission installed. It took them a very long time to complete the work. After installing it, they initially told me the car would not go into gear. About an hour later, they called back saying they finally got it to shift into gear. I was not provided with any paperwork explaining the work that was done, and I was also charged additional fees that were never clearly explained to me.
