I ordered an air shutter for a Cadillac ATS 2017 from AAA Parts & Salvage after confirming multiple times that the total price would be $190 including shipping. I paid via Zelle as instructed. After the payment, they suddenly demanded an additional $100 for “packaging fees” which was never mentioned before. They refused to ship or refund. Do NOT trust this business. I have reported them to FTC, my bank, and BBB.
I have a 2017 Nissan Titan with a 114k miles and it need a torque converter replaced and took it here. One of the dealership told me the transmission would need to be replaced /rebuilt. Transmission Plus was able to do the Torque Converter and Rebuilt the Transmission and I saved over $1000. The best part of this, was they had it done within 4 days. Great work - clear communication - and genuine care towards customer and POV. Needed a s197 GT 5MT transmission and clutch tackle, and Transmission Plus did great. Great people; great service.
