This place is trash. The worker got in my face cussing and wanted to fight me and he tried to let his dog on me. I am not a dog person. This was all over an AC check. He said one price then after he tried to charge me double for service I did not ask for. I do not recommend this shop to any one who needs work done on their vehicles. Poor customer service. Was told by the owner that he can't buy parts at a discount, that he has to pay full retail. He then charged me double retail. He also told me that he had to take apart the engine to replace spark plugs. Charged me 650.00 labor and 89.00 for 6 sparkplugs. Found out from Ford dealership I shouldn't have been charged more than 425.00 for both spark plugs and labor. Luis is an expert at what he does. He rebuilt a 98 4L60e for me back in September of 2014. I've put over 175,000 miles on it, and it still shifts better than new. What's notable is that I drive this thing like I stole it. Knowledge, wisdom, and integrity are hard to come by in this industry. Thank you Luis, and you're a good man! Thanks again, Ed

I have been coming to this place for five years now with various issues not just transmission. I go to this place first for advise and then If he can't fix it he will be honest with me and not take me for a ride. So far I have been very satisfied with his quality of work. I drop off my vehicle and then let him do his job without pressuring him. I have never felt that he was rushing or slacking off drinking beer as some have stated here.
