Discriminatory Liars! We agreed over the phone with Jayed, so I'll drive in the morning from LA to buy the car with $3K on my credit card and the remaining with personal check. Upon finalizing the deal they wanted to run my credit?! For what?? I'm paying it in full, I don't need a loan. They started changing terms every 2 minutes from that point on. Still waiting after 60 days since purchase on June 8th, 2018 for registration and plates. They kept almost $4,000 in refunds we acquired on refunds to our trade in for 5 weeks. Now they say our purchase of a 2014 Toyota Tacoma needs to be weighed before the DMV sends registration. Our bank is now contacting us because they are the lien holder. The windshield has 2 chips in it. They promised to replace it weeks ago. We have called them several times and no return call to schedule replacement.Do we need an attorney?

Went there to look at a car for 16999. When they ran credit and came back with the monthly payments I was shocked. They wanted 400 dollars a month on a 60 month loan. I decided to check the math. 16999 + tax, license, as interest of 4.9 should be about 21, 22k they wanted 24k. I asked for a break down of the fees and they wouldn't give me anything other than to write on a piece of paper that it was the sticker+license and tax. I said that is impossible and left. the day of the sale at this dealership, the customer service started out good. it wasn't til 4 hours into the negotiation that seemed like there were only 2 salesman that were helping about 5 possible buyers including my wife and i. more time passed and people were leaving. then 4 more hours into the late evening passes and "apparently" the system was down. so what all the salesman did is they all gathered into one office watching videos on the computer and laughing and wasting my time. i kept on asking them what the hold up... read more
