Brought my truck in and they said I needed a new transmission before they even looked at the truck. So I went and got my truck and took it to a different mechanic and all it had was a loose wire. I also spoke with them over the phone twice telling them the truck would be coming in on a tow truck and gave them all my information and once it got there they had no idea who’s truck it was or why it was there. No communication and told me twice it needed a transmission before they even heard the symptoms or looked at it
Had an issue with my 2018 gmc sierra which I thought was a transmission problem. Showed up and was immediately tended too and was told a mechanic would be outside to diagnose my truck. Mechanic took it out for a test drive and diagnosed it as a cylinder 6 misfire. Stand up shop and great people to deal with, would recommend to anyone that is needing transmission or diagnostic repair.

Very rude, called about a price for a dsg transmission flush, they did not know what that ment? From a Transmission shop with over “10 years” around?? They just hung up after I explained what a dsg is. Crazy 😒 (Call auto base in camrose they helped me with a great experience!)
