My experience with Transmission Express was a professional and pleasant one. Ray was very helpful in completing my car a week ahead of time and on top of that he notified me every step of the way, never being bothered by my questions. They are courteous and professional. I would return if I ever had any problems and would refer them to family and friends.
My experience with Transmission Express so far has been satisfactory. From the beginning Ray was very helpful from dealing with towing my car on three occasions until it got to the shop. Ray has explained everything that needed to be done to my car and is straight forward.
Stay away from this place! Went here for transmission repairs that took way longer to repair than what I was told it would take. When I got the car back, there was a hole punched in the rocker panel from where they improperly lifted the car and the steering wheel was pointing in the opposite direction. No the car constantly makes a popping and snapping noise when turning the wheel. Worst experience ever charged hundreds and nothing was done to my car. Went to quality auto repair and was fixed for $25
I have been to many mechanics and gotten some terrible service but at Transmission Express they where very nice. The guy also help me to understand what they will be doing and how long it would take and he did not make me feel like what do you wan? as appose to other places I have been to. Thank you
